Elliot Lake Wedding Photographer
TIMELESS IMAGES
FOR North Shore COUPLES
EVEN IF YOU DON’T LOVE BEING PHOTOGRAPHED.
I photograph weddings with a natural blend of rich colour and timeless black and white, capturing your day as it unfolds - relaxed and full of real emotion. Although I’m now based in Muskoka, I grew up in the Elliot Lake and Blind River area. I return often to visit family, and photographing weddings throughout the North Shore is always fun.

I believe your wedding day should feel natural, not staged. My approach is simple - I create space for you to be fully present while I quietly document the moments as they unfold.
I grew up in Elliot Lake and Blind River, and that small town perspective shapes how I photograph weddings. I understand the rhythm of North Shore celebrations - relaxed, family focused and rooted in community.
I’m married with two incredible girls, so I know how quickly these seasons pass. When I’m not photographing weddings, you’ll find me cheering on the Maple Leafs, enjoying hard shell tacos, or diving into documentaries and podcasts over morning coffee.
My Style
I photograph weddings with an emphasis on real moments and genuine connection. The images are clean and enduring, built around the relationships that define your day - the quiet glances, the laughter, the people closest to you. I let the story unfold organically, stepping in only to refine the light, framing and overall feel.

Wedding photography is the core of what I do. Years of experience across a wide range of celebrations have taught me that time is the most important investment - it allows your story to be captured fully and without rush. Once coverage is set, you can choose how you’d like your images preserved, from polished digital files to heirloom albums and lasting fine art prints.

You’re not alone - almost every couple says that at first. I take a calm, lightly directed approach, giving you enough guidance to feel confident without turning the day into a series of stiff poses. The aim is simple: help you relax and stay present so your photos feel natural and true to who you are.
Where are you located?
I photograph weddings in Muskoka primarily. That said, I travel back home to Elliot Lake and Blind River often to visit family. Destination weddings have also played a big role in my success - I’ll fly anywhere for an I Do!

How long until we receive our photos??
Turnaround time is typically one to two weeks, depending on the time of year and my editing schedule.
Do you need a shot list?
Having a clear outline for family portraits helps everything run smoothly. Beyond those groupings, I focus on observing and capturing moments as they unfold. Detailed shot lists can sometimes pull attention away from real interaction. If there’s a particular image you have in mind, I’m always happy to include it.
